The final showdown will happen on October 19 in Seoul, when we will know who will take the title of World Champion of League of Legends in 2014, is getting closer.
While teams from various corners of the world face off in their regional, here's a preview of the group stage, quarter-final and semi-finals leading up to the final showdown at Sangam Stadium alloys.
To begin, a brief explanation of how the World will work. Each of the 16 teams qualified for the World Cup will be drawn to enter into one of four groups (consisting of four teams each). Two of these groups participate in their group stage in Taiwan; the other two groups will play their part in the matches held in Singapore. During the group stage, teams will face each other two times (one side blue, the other red side), which means that each team will play six matches, and we have 24 games per location.
